If the modulus of the subgrade is unknown, it can be estimated from the CBR
Enter up to five support layers above the natural subgrade. Each subbase layer is defined by its modulus and thickness.
The subgrade is always the bottom support, requiring its modulus and Poisson's ratio. No thickness is entered for it because it is treated as a semi-infinite half-space.
